ActivSell – virtual shop / e-commerce

What is ActivSell?
ActivSell is an application for a modern virtual shop, aligned to current general needs, safe and secured, stabile, easy to use and scalable for future developments.

What provides ActivSell?
Our product offers an administration module of the virtual shop, a graphic interface which can be customized according to products’ specific or services’ type and various advanced functions.

Public pages (front end) of the e-commerce solution allow:

• catalogue show of products with categories hierarchy and multi criteria filter (price intervals, suppliers, product specifications)
• showing of the product page with full details (characteristics, prices, images gallery, other attached files)
• simple and advanced search, with different parameters, multi criteria and results display
• fast sale for each client without creating an account
• access  to the virtual basket, saving in preference lists, multiple choices for payments and deliveries
• pages with general information regarding the virtual shop, order, payment, delivery, terms and conditions
• online payment module integration (card processing, text messages, paypall, moneybookers, etc);
• customized alert systems for price, stocks, newsletter

Client account pages allow:

• access based on a chosen username and password
• personal data administration in the account (name, email, delivery address);
• status view, orders’ history, preference lists

Virtual shop administration module (back-end) allows:

• simple and intuitive operation in a web interface, several levels and rights associated to users, secured access through password
• hierarchy, products, marks, prices, characteristics, payment and delivery options (search, add, delete change)
• content page administration, help (search, add, delete change ) using a CMS (eventually a WYSIWYG editor)
• clients and orders; administration (validation, tracking, search); management of newsletter subscribers
• notifications for registered operations: orders, information requests, Price, comments, contact
• marketing tools (prices / quantity, prices / versions, marking the news, recommendation, special offers, discounts and final sales
• reports and complex statistics exportable in xls for detailed analyses.

The virtual shop comes with a documentation of the facilities offered by out application. The e-commerce application is developed in LAMP environment and can be easily installed in the server after customization. ActivSell can be fully integrated in other informatics systems used by the client (ERP, CRM) in order to synchronize the articles (codes, prices, availability in stock)

Important: the source code of the e-commerce comes with an optimization package for search engines (SEO) included! At the client’s request we provide hosting and administration of the virtual shop on one of our servers.
