What is an Intranet or Extranet?
The Intranet represents a web application that can be accessed only inside a private network (VPN). The application provides different classes of users to access content, corporate information and other online services. The Extranet extends access to corporate content (information and services) and a certain number of external users (clients, suppliers, consultants, etc.)
An intranet application is useful and can be installed in any kind of organisation: small, medium or large companies, learning institutions, governmental and administrative institutions.
